How can I pay for item?You can buy model using Paypal and Credit Card. We don’t collect any credit card information on our portal, all credit card related information will be collected on Paypal’s secure site. If you have created a Paypal account earlier, you don’t have to provide your credit card details every time you purchase. It will automatically use the available data and you can complete your transaction.
How soon shall I receive the bought model?For security reasons, we verify every order manually. Verification usually takes 1-3 hours. After your order has been reviewed by our Order Verification Team, we will send you a link for you to download the purchased product. This link will be valid for 7 days. You have to download the file before the link expiry date.
I purchased a 3D model, but it did not receive the download link, what should I do?If you have not received your download link even after 24 - 48 hours of purchase, please send a support request mail to support@creativemediastore.com. We will send you the download link within 24 hours and ensure you have received the product for which you have made the payment. Please note, in case of holidays, we will be able to send the link on the next working day.
How long will it take Support to answer my support query?Our Support is open 8 hour a day. Support issues are generally answered within 7 hours, however complex support tickets may take longer.
